Resort Manager — Hidaya Villas, Koh Phangan, Thailand

“Hidaya” means guidance — a journey toward inner peace, clarity, and purpose. That’s the philosophy behind everything we build. Hidaya Villas is a growing boutique villa resort on Koh Phangan, one of Thailand’s most beautiful islands. We’re creating a place where guests from around the world come to slow down, reconnect with nature, and rediscover balance — in luxury private villas surrounded by tropical landscapes.

The Project

Our first 6 villas (2–4 bedrooms, 183–277 m², each with a private pool) will be operational by Q4 2026, with a soft launch running through Q1 2027. Another 7 villas are currently under construction (expected Q3–Q4 2027), and 25 more are in planning. The long-term vision: a resort with 38 villas.

Our guests don’t just book accommodation — they book an experience. Private boat transfer from Koh Samui, motorbikes for the duration of their stay, daily housekeeping, and the serenity of a thoughtfully designed villa in the heart of Koh Phangan’s island energy. That’s our promise. And you’re the person who delivers it — every single day.

The Role

You are the person in charge on the ground. You manage guests, lead the local team, run the booking platforms, keep the villas in pristine condition, and report to the owners with clear numbers. No micromanagement — we want someone who takes full ownership and builds this resort operation with us.

What You bring

  • Experience in holiday homes, boutique hotels, serviced villas, or vacation rental management (no big hotel chain background — we want someone who knows small, personal, high-end properties where the guest knows the manager)
  • Experience living and working in Thailand or Southeast Asia — you understand the local work culture and how to manage local service providers
  • Proven track record of leading local teams (housekeeping, maintenance)
  • Self-starter who solves problems proactively, not someone who waits for instructions
